Brenda is the editor of Spencer Tracy, Fox Film Actor: The Pre-Code Legacy of a Hollywood Legend and Playbills to Photoplays: Stage Performers who Pioneered the Talkies. She is a member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Brenda is the great-niece of the late theatre chain and entertainment mogul E. M. Loew, who once owned the largest chain of indoor and open-air theatres east of the Mississippi, the Latin Quarter nightclubs in New York, Boston, and Palm Island (Miami), and Bay State Raceway in Foxboro, Massachusetts-currently the site of Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots. Brenda's association with New England Vintage Film Society, Inc. maintains the Loew family connection to show business.
