Early Life and Education

Muhammet Özgehan (born April 14, 1972, in Tekirdağ) is a Turkish physician and healthcare administrator. He completed his medical education at the Gülhane Military Medical Academy (GATA) and Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine.[1]

Career

Public and Academic Management (2002–2014)

Özgehan's early career is characterized by leadership roles in public healthcare and technology transfer:

  • 2002 – 2006: Chief Physician at Ankara Güdül State Hospital.
  • 2006 – 2010: Assistant Chief Physician at Dışkapı Training and Research Hospital.[2]
  • 2010 – 2011: General Manager of Hacettepe Technopolis (Teknokent).[3]
  • 2011 – 2014: Secretary General of Hacettepe University.[4]

Clinical Specialization and Research

Dr. Özgehan is the current President of the Hair and Scalp Diseases Association. He provides clinical services in Ankara and Istanbul, focusing on Sapphire FUE and DHI hair restoration methods. His scientific work includes in-vitro research on graft survival solutions and exosome-supported cellular tissue repair.[5]

He is an active member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), the World Trichology Society, and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
