Mohammadali Shahbaz (born August 1995, Tehran, Iran) is a German-Iranian entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and founder of several high-impact ventures at the intersection of luxury, innovation, and global policy.

Raised in a family where excellence and tradition were paramount, Shahbaz attended the historic Alborz High School—formerly an American college for the U.S. Air Force and widely regarded as one of Tehran’s most prestigious academic institutions. At the age of 17, he relocated to Germany to pursue higher education, later earning a degree in Artificial Intelligence.

At 23, he launched his first company, Detox Culture, Germany’s pioneering science-backed corporate health firm. The venture integrated the four pillars of physical and mental wellbeing and quickly became a benchmark in evidence-based wellness solutions across Europe.

Driven by a passion for branding and legacy, Shahbaz moved to London to study Strategic Brand Management at London Business School. There, he laid the foundation for his next venture—The Mister Legacy—an innovative hyper-luxury brand headquartered in Berkeley Square, Mayfair. Designed as a homage to Clayton Christensen’s theory of disruptive innovation, the brand fuses timeless elegance with forward-thinking strategy.

Furthering his commitment to strategic excellence, Shahbaz pursued advanced coursework at Harvard Business School, deepening his expertise in global strategy. He also completed Harvard Law School’s distinguished Program on Negotiation and earned his professional lobbying certification from NILE, the United States’ most prestigious institute for ethical lobbying.

Shahbaz is an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) and the Council of Public Affairs, where he advises and negotiates on matters involving both the U.S. and German governments. His work bridges the realms of diplomacy, luxury, and innovation—crafting a legacy that transcends industries and borders.
