Mark Rydon is a serial entrepreneur building at the intersection of AI compute and distributed cloud infrastructure.

As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Aethir - the world's leading distributed GPU cloud, often described as the Airbnb for enterprise GPUs - Mark led the company from inception to a $3 billion fully diluted valuation in under two years, raising over $200 million across public and private capital markets along the way. Aethir operates one of the largest distributed fleets of enterprise-grade GPUs globally, serving 150+ enterprise clients across 94 countries. Institutional backers include Framework Ventures, Sanctor Capital, Animoca Brands, and HashKey.

Mark also co-founded Axe Compute (Nasdaq: AGPU), a publicly listed neocloud AI infrastructure platform that raised $344 million in PIPE financing, with a publicly reported pipeline of AI infrastructure demand exceeding $4 billion within its first year of operations.

Mark began his career at Bechtel, where he worked on large-scale oil and gas infrastructure projects, developing the operational and capital deployment discipline that has defined his approach to building at scale ever since.
